John's 60's Tribute Group.
Relive 1967 - Listen to the EP
"ORIGINALS"
Track
four is a must.
I have had
lots of comments about the above, it was released on the
old GOLD CROSS label, the EP and LP division of Golden
Cross Records of Rochford. Nr. Southend On Sea. Essex.
"ORIGINALS"
was made with the help of John Meyer & The Minis,
based in Westcliff On Sea. Southends Finest, also based
in Westcliff plus The Rotting Deans, based in Southend,
or to be more exact Thorpe Bay.
A few more
points have cropped up, track four features a VIBRAPHONE,
an instrument much loved by 'real' and 'soft' mods,
modern jazz fans and big bands, trying to sound small.
Jive Train features The Vibraphone, in the
context of medium sized swing, modern jazz bands of the
60's.
